Looking for ways stay energized, keep summer pounds off, stay balanced with work and vacation, and push yourself to a new wellness level?
Want to learn how to stay nourished inside and out?

In this 10 session group program, learn ways to enhance your self care, balance all the balls in the air, and engage support from those around you to feel more nourished and energized versus ravaged and unhealthy. If you are looking to keep cravings at bay, fit into summer clothes, or find the energy to make your summer unforgetable, then look forward to learning and sharing with a small group in a supportive, engaging environment. Receive handouts, one one coaching throughout the sessions, group support, weekly check ins and coaching emailing support.

We'll cover the spectrum from meal planning, dining out, movement, career challenges, relationships, meditation and more!
