Want to feel energized and nourished versus ravaged and unhealthy? Do you struggle with balancing health with a little one? Then join Your Wellness Scout, to learn four ways to enhance self-care and incorporate them into your daily routine. You will leave with practical techniques and methods to maintain wellness practices, especially with little ones. Tips will address whole food, movement, mind and body! Note this is an introductory session to a more in depth session of "10 Ways to Nourish Yourself". So join to experience the benefits of an upcoming Fall group wellness coaching program.
This session is hosted through The Play Space but open to all! Little ones welcome to join and play while you focus on yourself!
This interactive session will leave you positive and motivated.
