refrigerate before and after forming the mix into balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup 100% all natural peanut butter (creamy works the best)

1 tbsp honey

1 1/2 cups of flax meal

1/2 cup of raisins or raw cacao nibs


Directions

1. Toss all ingredients into a bowl
 
2. Combine ingredients with a spoon
 
3. Roll up into bite-sized balls and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating
 

Notes

Try eating one at that 3pm slump or when you need a burst of quick energy.

Also, try adding chia seeds for added energy.
