An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your coach, I will listen carefully to you as we navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for you. 

Together we will:

  • Decipher your body’s unique needs from cravings, to weight management, to energy levels and more!

My Discovery Plans consist of two programs:


Tailored to your specific goals and life style needs!                  Plans are three or six month in duration.
Discovering Efficiency Plan 

  • Two one-hour sessions per month via Skype, phone, or in person.
  • Email follow-ups with recommendations after each session.
  • Weekly email check-ins.
  • Access to simple but informative handouts and resources that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • Coach availability on a weekly basis for questions – with 48-hour response time.
  • 24-hour access to resources developed during the program.
  • Receive new recipes weekly; customized to your dietary goals.
  • My personal commitment to your health and success

  • Pantry review and make-over (up to 2 sessions).
  • Whole Foods or other natural foods grocery store tour.
  • 24-hour access to resources developed during the program.
  • Receive new recipes weekly; customized to your dietary goals.
  • Meal planning services and techniques for 4 weeks.
  • My personal commitment to your health and success.

A la carte Services:

Pantry review and makeover -  1 to 1.5 hour session.
Whole Foods or natural foods tour including buying guidance -  1 hour session.

Can be applied to either program.
